I stood there staring at Walker as he was standing in front of the fireplace. But I could see that he was just as nervous as I was.
I started walking closer to him and his eyes started to change color as'l approached him.
"I don't know what the hell is going on with me right now." He said, trying to cover his eyes and get control of his wolf.
"You've been asking me a lot about mates since I got here. Has your wolf been going crazy for
no reason?" I asked.
"Yeah."
"Have
you started to feel really out of breath and strange whenever you're near me?" I asked.
"Ever since you arrived here."
"My wolfsbane started to wear off this morning. That drug suppresses my wolf. But she's not suppressed anymore. There's more between us than you realize." I said, reaching forward and touching his arm, letting him feel the sparks of the mate bond course through his body as his
eyes changed color while they were fixed on me again.
"What are you trying to say?" He asked.
"You haven't had any fated mates around here because you're so isolated and no one knows
that you're here. Walker, I'm your fated mate. Given to you by the Moon Goddess." I said.
He stared at me for a moment. He was trying to process what I had just told him. They were strong believers in the Moon Goddess, but they didn't know that there were fated mates out there until I came along and told them.
And now for him to know that he's one of my mates. That had to be a whole new deal for him. "I don't know what to do right now." Walker said.
"You don't have to do anything. It's a lot to take in. I understand that. And as you know, I'm the princess and I've got two other mates. My mother has three mates. It's just the way that it goes with us. I understand if you want to reject me because you aren't going to want to leave
here and I can't leave the castle." I said.
"What do you mean 'reject you?"
"You can reject the mate bond. It's really painful and hopefully it doesn't last for too long. I don't know if it does. But when you reject the one that the Moon Goddess sent to you then it 1/4

can be really painful. And then you're free to mate with whoever you want." I explained.
He raised his hand up and brushed the back of his knuckles along the side of my face, feeling those pleasurable sparks shooting through my body. Causing me to let out a little moan. "That's what I was feeling today?"
"Yeah. The wolfsbane would have been confusing your wolf as well."
"That's why you didn't leave when the wolfsbane wore off. Because you knew that I was your mate?" He asked.
"Yeah. I knew that we needed to talk about this first. I wasn't going to just disappear on you. You would have ended up going crazy like Dahlia's parents. And I don't think anyone around here would want to kill you. So, you probably would have killed everyone in your pack." I explained. Walker stood there, staring at me and not taking his hands off of me. He wanted to feel the sparks as much as I did. He wanted to feel a sort of pleasure that he didn't even know was possible. "Do you already have someone picked out to be your mate and Luna?" I asked.
"No. There's no one in this pack that I think is worthy enough to hold that title. Those women just wish that I would pick them. I've already got mates picked out for them." He chuckled.
"Well, that's going to be a kick in the teeth for them." I smirked. He let out a slight chuckle, but he didn't take his eyes off of me.
After talking to Dahlia tonight, I knew that I was exploring all new territory here. This Alpha wasn't like every other Alpha or werewolf I had ever met.
He actually has morals. He led by example which means, he's never had a bed warmer, he hasn't slept with half the women in his pack. He's like no one I have ever met before.
I reached up to cup his face with my hand and Walker leaned in to it.
I leaned forward, pulling Walker down a little because he was a lot taller than me and I gently and slowly kissed him on the lips.
I slowly pulled back but I felt his hands start to wrap around my waist and he held me close to his body.
I could feel that Walker was getting excited but I placed my hands on his chest and leaned my forehead against his chin.
"Not like this." I said.
"What do you mean?"
"You only just found out about fated mates. And I am not going to take advantage of you like

this." I said, slowly looking up at him.
He was staring down at me with an indecipherable look on his face and I could tell that he was confused. "You need to wrap your head around all of this before anything can happen." He nodded his head, but he slowly reached down to kiss me again and he wrapped his arms around my waist.
I wrapped my arms around his neck and he deepened the kiss, but stopped himself before it
went too far.
He knew the boundary that I had just laid out for him and it was obvious that he was going to respect it.
"Can you at least stay here tonight?" He asked.
"Aren't you afraid of what everyone else is going to think?"
"I don't care what they think. I just want you to stay here."
"Okay."
He led me over to his bed and we laid down, facing each other.
I could tell that he was nervous and I grabbed his hand and rested it over my waist and I
moved a little closer to him.
"You look worried about something." Walker said.
"Noah." I admitted.
"Your mate."
"Yeah. My other mate. And my pack and my castle. There's a lot that we need to talk about
but I think you need to get used to the idea of finding your fated mate first." I explained. And he nodded his head.novelbin
I did have a lot of stuff on my mind, but as soon as I caught a glimpse of his crystal blue eyes,
it was hard for me to think of anything except him.
My new mate, hidden away in this secret pack that I never would have found if I hadn't been kidnapped. I never imagined I was going to find a third mate. But here he was, right in front of And I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being unfaithful. But at the same time, I couldn't deny the bond that I felt with him.
It was just as strong as the one I had with Noah.
