The CEO’s Hidden Love Midnight Temptations and Deep Desires

Chapter 1506

Deleting Craig's friend request had put Aurora in an awkward spot, especially when he caught her red-handed.

She hesitated for a moment before finally rolling down her car window.

"How did you even know I was here? Are you stalking me?"

Craig shook his phone at her.

"GPS."

Their phones were set up to share locations with each other.

In retrospect, it had been Aurora who insisted on installing this feature, given Craig's job as a truck driver took him all over the country. She had wanted to keep tabs on her boyfriend's whereabouts at all times. Ironically, this was the first time Craig had actually used the GPS to track her down!

Aurora muttered an "oh" before she grabbed her phone to disconnect the location-sharing on the app.

Craig received the disconnection request instantly.

"Really, Aurora? What's the point?" he frowned.

"Just hit 'accept'. That's all. I don't want to hear anything else from you."NôvelDrama.Org exclusive content.

She remembered how cold he had been when she had run after him to the freeway exit, trying to say a few words. Now that they had broken up, she didn't want to hear anything from him.

Craig didn't accept, but he didn't decline either; he just left the screen on that request.

"I needed to see you about something."

"If it's something, just say it. Did I gag you?"

Glancing at the time, Aurora said, "You've got a minute. Spit it out."

Her date had already arrived at the restaurant, her friends had texted her earlier.

Knowing her as well as he did, Craig could tell she was just being stubborn. He reached into his shorts pocket, pulled out a pack of cigarettes, and said, "Just add me on WhatsApp. I need to transfer you some money." "Transfer money?"

Aurora's gaze hardened. "For what?"

"For the stuff you bought for me."

"Oh, so this is why you're here?"

Craig nodded. "Yes."

Hearing that, Aurora couldn't hide her disappointment.

For a fleeting moment, when she saw him appear, she had hoped... he had regrets.

But no, his pride had brought him here one last time.

Taking a deep breath, Aurora

suddenly opened her car door andet

stepped out, her high heels clicking on the pavement.

She looked around and then pointed to a waiter standing at the restaurant's entrance. "Craig, do you see him?"

"Yeah."

"Just give the money to him. I've got to go."

Aurora tried to walk away, but Craig was quick to grab her wrist, pulling her back.

"To him?"

"Yes!"

"Do you know him?"

"Not really Aurora glanced at Craig. "But you wanted to give me the money right? That waiter will help me with parking later. I have to tip him anyway, so just give the money to him, consider it my tip."

She knew how much these words would wound Craig's pride.

But that was exactly her intention!

Throughout their relationship, she had always been cautious, never choosing expensive restaurants for their dates, sticking to diners and street food.

And yet, what was the outcome?

As soon as he found out about her true background, he broke up with her without giving her a chance to explain.

"Do you have anything else?" She tried to pull her hand away.

But Craig's grip was stronger; unless he decided to let go, she couldn't break free.

"Craig, let me go!"
