Secret 25
Chapter 25 The Punch
Simon couldn’t help but marvel at the sheer impressiveness of his sister
“That’s Wesley!” he exclaimed, his voice tinged with pride and wonder,
It was said that the Dubins took every precaution to shield Wesley from potential abductions. They started him in grappling practice from a tender age. Yet, when the moment arrived, and his sister executed her shoulder throw, Wesley’s trained reflexes failed him, offering no resistance.
Moreover, despite his sister’s delicate appearance, the grace she effortlessly tossed Wesley over her shoulder was nothing short of mesmerizing. Under her skilled maneuver, he soared through the air, as weightless as a feather.
Simon secretly hoped that his sister would repeat the impressive feat.
Just the day before, Wesley never imagined he’d been kicked out by this infuriating woman, only to now find himself effortlessly flung over her shoulder.
No one had ever witnessed it before, but now, in front of a crowd, where could he, proudly hailed from the Dubins, possibly hide his embarrassment?
The more Wesley thought about it, the darker his expression became. Oona’s sudden move left him defenseless, fuelling his anger.
Not to mention Frank on the side, standing silently as a witness.
As the esteemed eldest son and future heir of the Dubin family, he had everything to uphold.
Yet, this fool, being thrown to the ground by Oona, shattered his dignity and honor.
Pamela’s fury surged as he watched his eldest son being bested. He moved to intervene, ready to make a scene, but Frank’s steely glare held him back
“Stop! Isn’t this humiliation enough?” Frank’s voice sliced through the tension, commanding attention and silencing further
commotion.
They sought justice from the Walsh family but were outsmarted by one of them. Yet, they still caused a scene.
A thunderous scowl darkened Frank’s face as his gaze met Enoch’s
“Apologies for the disruption today,” he uttered, his voice dripping with icy disdain.
With a final, iey glare at his wife and sons, Frank pivoted on his heel. His departure left a palpable tension in the air like a heavy fog.
Witnessing Frank’s genuine anger, Pamela refrained from stirring up trouble. Nevertheless, her gaze towards Oona burned with fury
“Oona, mark my words. You’ll pay for this. The Dubin family won’t let you off the hook!” she spat out, her voice laced with
venom. NôvelDrama.Org owns all content.
Unmoved by Pamela’s threat, Oona brushed it off with a dismissive smirk.
Whirling around, she caught sight of her parents and younger brother, whose eyes were ablaze with curiosity.
“Oona, that shoulder throw was incredible! Teach me, teach me!” Simon’s voice rang out with admiration as he gazed at his
sister in awe.
In light of his sister’s newfound assertiveness, she relinquished her admiration for Wesley, a figure he hated, and dedicated herself to honing her skills with fiery determination. This ignited a palpable sense of excitement within him.
Christine playfully scolded Simon, “No need for lessons. If you’re itching to learn, find a teacher yourself and quit bugging

To Christine, Oona was her long–lost treasure, and now that she had found her, she was determined to shower all her love and care on her little Oona.
“Mom, seriously? You’re totally playing favorites!” Simon pouted, putting on a show of hurt feelings.
In reality, he didn’t mind in the slightest,
Having endured hardships for over a decade, Oona’s return home warranted nothing less than kindness from their parents. Moreover, he overwhelmingly desired to lavish Oona with even more love and affection.
“Remember, your sister is the family’s little princess. Look after her well. If anyone dares to mistreat her, you’ll be answering to me!” Christine warned her naughty son.
“Don’t sweat it. After the move my sister just pulled off, no one in their right mind would dare to mess with her!”
