Chapter-38: Lousy bastard
Allison didn't go down for dinner because she didn't want to face him. And secondly her hunger died already thinking how Lyceon would react seeing her there and she didn't have any wish to see him.
'He is toxic to me.' She muttered under her breath and arranged the things He thrashed in her room to its place and threw the broken ones into the dustbin. Lousy beast!
Allison picked up her broken phone and its back part. She tried to fix it and fortunately it switched on as soon as she attached its back but the broken screen was creating a problem for her to see anything clearly on it. Now she needed to buy a new phone. Bloody beast. She felt her blood boil at his behaviour today. Why can't He just let me in peace?
Allison rested my broken phone on the side but it rang the moment she put on the bed with exhaustion. She knew who it would be. Grabbing it she slid the green button to the right because she couldn't see anything. "Nora! Can we talk tomorrow? I am tired, please." Allison sighed before closing her eyes.
"It's Alpha Ralph!" she blinked and sat straight hearing the rough voice from the other side. Her mouth shut automatically as she heard his gruff voice.
'Why did he call me from Nora's number? Is she fine?'
Allison was afraid for her friend so she needed to talk to him politely. She couldn't tell what he might have done to her just to take out his grudges on her. Allison didn't have anyone except for her friend in her former pack. "Alpha!" She greeted him though he didn't leave anything to destroy her life but his son's death always suppressed her anger and grudges toward him to some extent.
"I'm calling you just because of one reason, Allison. You are no longer a member of this pack so stay out of anything happening here and don't coax your new master into anything which would leave our pack into ashes. We don't want any disturbance or enmity from The Dark Lord. It's my last warning to you, Allison." He paused with an angry breath.
"You already caused us enough loss to my pack. My son lost his life just because of you. My pack lost their future Alpha. I won't hesitate to punish your friend if you don't listen to me. Stay away from my pack and keep your master off our back."
Allison was numb hearing his words. She didn't have any idea what he meant. She was about to ask him when the phone beeped, indicating he had cut the call.
She stared at the phone and wondered why he was warning her. "What else he wants from me after destroying my family and handing me over to the Dark walkers?" Allison wondered. But the thought of Nora getting hurt didn't sit well with her.
"Nora, are you fine? Please call me back!" she messaged her immediately and waited for her response. When Nora didn't reply Allison thought to call back but stopped herself thinking Alpha Ralph might have seized her phone so she dropped the idea and waited for her response first.
After a half-hour of worry, she finally got a message.
'Ali, I'm good! Will call you tomorrow. Don't call me now!'
Allison left a sigh of relief at least she messaged her but still there was a tension in her mind about what exactly happened there. She would stop Nora from executing any plan to get her out of there. She knew it wouldn't go well and when Lyceon declared his claim on her, He would never let her go so she had to think otherwise. She would think of another substitute but first she needed to assure her friend's safety.
A knock sounded on her door and Bonnie peeked inside. Allison kept her phone aside and smiled at her.
"Ali, King is asking for your presence for the dinner. Everyone is there already!"
Allison bit her lips, she had no wish to go.
"Bonnie, I'm not hungry. I would like to rest tonight!" She softly said. Bonnie sighed and walked inside and examined her wounds.
"That's why He sent me to feed you some nutritious food so you could heal fast and get healthy. I can't deny his order to bring you, please come with me. Otherwise I may get scolded."
Allison palmed her forehead. He never left any chance to irritate her. She nodded and went downstairs because of Bonnie. Allison didn't want Him to punish anyone because of her.
All were seated in their usual places and there was only one seat vacant near to Lyceon's side. Allison stopped on her steps thinking where to sit. Aztec was on his one side and Ashina was sitting beside him. She was surprised to see that Serpent Rebecca who had her sharp eyes settled on her. Her hazel green eyes were piercing her emerald ones.

She was sitting beside the chair which was kept vacant for her to sit. But Allison didn't want to sit beside him or her. She couldn't decipher what was He trying to prove. She was his mistress or what? Lousy bastard!
"Sit here, Allison." Allison was startled hearing his deep voice and his command moved her legs automatically. He took her name for the first time in front of others and she couldn't deny that tone. She was more afraid of him after today's stunt. This man is too unpredictable!
Allison hesitatingly sat on the chair beside Rebecca, who didn't leave a chance to unnerve her with her gaze.
Bonnie served her dinner while Lyceon spoke, "This week I have a meeting with Alpha Leonard from the Silver moon pack in the Northern side. After that I will officially introduce Allison to the packdom personally till then if anyone dares to disrespect her, they will have to face me." His deep command forced them to crane their necks in submission except Allison. She was flabbergasted by his statement. He was going to introduce me officially?
She felt weird about this. She didn't want to be judged by anyone. This was going too forward. She looked up to see him but his eyes were on Rebecca. Allison followed his gaze and saw Rebecca had a gloomy face and there was sadness in her eyes.
'Woman, are you in love with him?'
Surely!
